George Andriotis remembers the moment he decided to become a personal injury attorney.
Perhaps not surprisingly, it was the day he was injured in a horrific automobile accident while driving on I-75 in Tampa. His vehicle was violently rear-ended and knocked into a spin until finally coming to rest on the shoulder.
“All that was going through my mind was that I was worried I’d be hit by oncoming traffic as I was spinning in the middle of the road,” Mr. Andriotis remembered. Even though he was wearing a seatbelt, he still struck his head and suffered post-concussion syndrome for about eight months after the accident. He also suffered multiple herniations in the cervical and lumbar spines.
But what followed the injury was even worse. Mr. Andriotis soon found himself forced to devote his time and energy to battling with the insurance companies just to get fair compensation for his injuries. “This experience taught me that you need hard-working people you can trust during the difficult times following an accident,” he said.
Presently, Mr. Andriotis is the President of the Andriotis Law Firm, where he is dedicated to giving injury victims a voice and an advocate during an incredibly stressful life event.
